Multi-Accounting & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to close and/or limit any account(s) suspected to be used with intent to defraud the platform, including where applicable in cases of identity theft.

Bonus And Promotion Rules

• Welcome bonuses are subject to conditions as set out on promotional pages
• Bonuses will expire if not claimed within 30 days from issue date or as otherwise notified
• All bonus winnings require a wagering requirement (specifically defined below)

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

• Bets made with a zero balance do not generate a valid outcome
• Voided bets, including where the house edge has been altered during play, will be set aside without generating any result or winning
• Winnings derived from voided bets are subject to being removed

Bonus Abuse Prevention

• We may cancel bonus winnings if we suspect that rules have been breached during gameplay (e.g. multi-accounting)
• Repeated attempts of wagering on prohibited games and/or other malicious conduct will be considered as grounds for bonus revocation or account suspension.
